Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or a pre-order. This policy explains the terms and details for these special purchase options, including how you can manage, change, or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the duration and frequency that you select. Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
You can manage, change, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal. You can also find a link to manage your subscription in your original order confirmation email.
To be effective for the next delivery, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date. If a cancellation is made after this cut-off, the change will apply from the following cycle.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
We collect full payment for pre-orders at the time of purchase. You have the right to cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before the item has been dispatched. Please contact our support team at Contact Us online form or support@neuropicpro.com with your order number to request a pre-order cancellation.
Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. It is then subject to our standard Returns Policy, which may require you to arrange for a return.
