This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights. Your statutory rights under UK law (including the Consumer Rights Act 2015) regarding items that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose are not affected. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to try our products with confidence. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to give first-time customers a genuine chance to try the product, risk-free.
If you've given it a fair try and feel it's not for you, just let us know and we'll refund you in full.
If you've tried and not satisfied with your first purchase of any product from our store, you're welcome to claim a full refund under this guarantee.
This policy covers both physical and purchased digital products and is designed to support first-time customers giving the product a fair try.
How to Claim:
- Email us at support@neuropicpro.com within 60 days of your original purchase date. Include your order number, noting you wish to trigger the guarantee, and a short note explaining why it wasn’t for you
- Send the items back – we’ll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you
- Once received and checked, we’ll refund you in full to your original payment method
Important Conditions:
- First-time orders only - this guarantee is designed for new customers trying the product.
- At the point of your second order, you are no longer eligible for the guarantee - The 60-day period is in place to allow enough time to open a pack and try it, along with extra time in case you skip some days, and to contact us without missing the window. The 60-day period does not cover 60 days' worth of gummies.
- This applies to your first pack in your first order only. If extra packs are bought, they would need returning under our change of mind guarantee.
- Return the opened pack (even if empty)
- This guarantee does not cover change-of-mind returns where the product has not been tried. For that, see below.
2. Change-of-mind returns:
Change-of-mind returns aren't covered under our 60-day money-back guarantee, however you're still welcome to return any unopened items in their original, saleable condition - up to 60 days after purchase.
In these cases, return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and check the items, we’ll refund you in full via your original payment method.
3. Returns for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If any physical product you receive is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact our support team within 30 days of delivery. We will provide instructions and arrange for a free return.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, the item must be sent back to us.
Items that were sent to you by mistake ('incorrect items') must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You have full control over your subscriptions and can cancel at any time to prevent future charges. Refunds for items received as part of a subscription are subject to the terms of our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
5. Important Note on Digital Products
Under UK & EU law, the statutory 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to digital content once you have started to download or access it. By purchasing and accessing our digital products, you acknowledge and agree to this. Our own 60-day guarantee for your first purchase is a separate, voluntary promise we offer.
6. How to Initiate a Return or Request a Refund

Provide Details: Include your order number and a clear description of your request (e.g., "Refund under 60-day guarantee" or "Return of a damaged item").
Follow Instructions: Our team will guide you through the next steps. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving a returned item.
Please do not initiate returns without contacting us first, otherwise your return may not be tracked.
