Question 1

What’s the difference between Neuropic Pro and Neuropic Spark?

Accepted Answer

Neuropic Pro is our daily focus gummy for adults, designed to support a clearer head, mental focus and steady energy through busy days. Neuropic Spark has its own formula, created specifically for growing minds aged 8+, with support for calm, focus and everyday learning at school and at home.

Pro brings together ingredients including L-theanine, Lion’s Mane and rhodiola; Spark’s blend includes L-theanine, saffron, choline, vitamins and minerals. Two different formulas, made for different stages of life 💛

Question 2

What is Neuropic Pro, and who is it for?

Accepted Answer

Neuropic Pro is our pharmacist-formulated gummy for adults aged 18+ who want support with focus, mental clarity and everyday energy. Whether you’re working, studying, creating or juggling a busy day, it’s an easy way to build a consistent daily routine.

Question 3

What is Neuropic Spark, and who is it for?

Neuropic Spark is our pharmacist-formulated calm and focus gummy for children and teens aged 8+. Its own blend is designed to support growing minds, everyday learning and emotional balance, with an easy mango gummy that fits around school and family life.

Question 4

How many Neuropic Pro gummies should I take, and when?

Accepted Answer

The recommended daily serving of Neuropic Pro is two gummies for adults aged 18+. Take both together or split them through the day; morning or early afternoon works well for a regular routine.

Some customers prefer to start with one gummy. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Question 5

How many Neuropic Spark gummies should my child take?

Accepted Answer

For children aged 8–11, the recommended serving of Neuropic Spark is one gummy daily. For ages 12+, it is two gummies daily. So, for a ten-year-old, that’s one Spark gummy a day.

If your child takes two, they can have both together in the morning or one in the morning and one after school. A similar time each day helps build a routine; do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Question 6

How long does a pack of Neuropic Pro last?

Accepted Answer

Each Neuropic Pro pouch contains 60 gummies. At the recommended serving of two gummies a day, one pouch lasts 30 days.

Question 7

How long does a pack of Neuropic Spark last?

Accepted Answer

Each Neuropic Spark pouch contains 60 gummies. For ages 8–11, one gummy a day gives a 60-day supply; for ages 12+, two gummies a day gives a 30-day supply.

Question 8

What might I notice when taking Neuropic Pro?

Accepted Answer

Pro is designed to support a clearer, more focused feeling and steadier everyday energy. Some people notice an initial lift within around 30–60 minutes, while others notice changes more gradually as they build a daily routine.

Everyone’s experience is different, so that timing is a guide rather than a promise.

Question 9

How will I know if Neuropic Spark is working?

Accepted Answer

Look for everyday changes, such as feeling more settled and finding it easier to focus on schoolwork or routines at home. Some families notice an initial change within around 30–60 minutes; for others, changes are more gradual with regular use.

Every child is different. Giving Spark consistently and noticing patterns over time is more useful than expecting the same response every day.

Question 10

Can Neuropic Pro and Spark be taken every day?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pro is designed for a daily routine for adults, and Spark is designed for daily use for children and teens aged 8+. Pro does not require cycling on and off; follow the recommended serving for the product and age group.

If you or your child have a health condition or take medication, check with a GP or pharmacist before starting.

Question 11

Accepted Answer

Neuropic Pro brings together L-theanine, botanicals, choline and B vitamins. The active amounts below are per two gummies:

• Guarana extract: 682 mg

Are Neuropic Pro and Spark vegan, and what are the dietary and allergen details?

Accepted Answer

Both Neuropic Pro and Spark are vegan and vegetarian, made with pectin rather than gelatine, and suitable for halal and kosher diets. Both are made without gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, GMOs, artificial colours or artificial flavours.

Pro is also described as nut-free in our FAQ. Both formulas contain coconut-derived CocoVital Ingredients™; please check the full ingredient list against any specific allergy before choosing a product.

Question 14

What do Neuropic gummies taste like, and do they contain sugar?

Accepted Answer

Pro has a raspberry flavour and Spark has a mango flavour. Both are chewable gummies, so there are no tablets to swallow and no water needed.

Pro has no added sugar, and Spark is sugar-free. Both use xylitol for sweetness.

Question 15

Do Neuropic gummies contain caffeine, and can I still have coffee?

Accepted Answer

Neuropic Pro contains 150 mg of naturally occurring caffeine from guarana per two-gummy serving, alongside 200 mg of L-theanine. You can still have coffee, but take your total caffeine intake and your own sensitivity into account.

Neuropic Spark contains no caffeine and is stimulant-free.

Question 16

Where are Neuropic gummies made, and are they independently tested?

Accepted Answer

Pro and Spark are pharmacist-formulated and made in the UK by our specialist supplement manufacturing partner, working to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards. Every batch undergoes independent third-party purity testing, including checks for heavy metals, and each pouch has a batch number for traceability.

Read about the care behind every gummy: https://neuropicpro.com/pages/our-commitment-to-quality-purity

Question 17

How should I store Neuropic gummies, and where is the best-before date?

Accepted Answer

For Pro, keep the pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, ideally below 25°C, and reseal it after opening. Use the best-before date printed on your pouch rather than a general shelf-life estimate.

Keep Spark out of reach of younger children and follow the storage instructions and best-before date on its pouch.

Question 18

Are there any side effects to be aware of?

Accepted Answer

Both Pro and Spark are sweetened with xylitol, which can cause digestive upset or a laxative effect if too much is consumed. Pro may also cause restlessness in people sensitive to caffeine, particularly if taken late in the day.

Stick to the recommended serving. If you or your child have an existing health condition or take medication, check with a GP or pharmacist before use.

Question 19

Can I take Neuropic, or give Spark to my child, alongside medication?

Accepted Answer

Please check with your GP or pharmacist before combining Neuropic with medication, whether it’s Pro for you or Spark for your child. They can assess the combination against the medication and your individual circumstances.

The complete ingredient lists are on the Pro and Spark product pages, ready to share with them.

Question 20

Who should avoid Neuropic Pro or Spark?

Accepted Answer

Neuropic Pro is intended for adults aged 18+ and is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Neuropic Spark is intended for children and teens aged 8+ and is not recommended for children under eight.

Avoid either product if you have a known allergy to one of its ingredients. Check with a GP or pharmacist first if you or your child have a medical condition or take prescription medication.

Question 21

Are Neuropic gummies an ADHD treatment or a replacement for medication?

Accepted Answer

Neuropic Pro and Spark are food supplements designed to support everyday focus and wellbeing. They are not treatments for ADHD or other medical conditions and should not replace prescribed medication.

If you or your child take medication, your GP or pharmacist can check whether a supplement is suitable alongside it.

Question 22

Question 43

What is PeakRewards, and how do I earn points?

Accepted Answer

PeakRewards is our way of saying thanks for coming back 💜
You earn 5 PeakReward Points for every £1 spent on eligible Neuropic orders and subscription renewals.

You can also earn:
• 1,000 points on your 3rd pack (worth £10)
• A free Gravity Flip Timer on your 6th pack
• 1,000 points on your birthday each year, once you’ve added it in the app
• 250 points for a verified review of Pro, and 250 for a verified review of Spark
• 500 points when a friend you refer places their first order
• 50 points each for joining our newsletter, and for visiting us on Instagram and TikTok from the app

See your balance and every way to earn in the Neuropic app, under Rewards:
https://app.neuropicpro.com/rewards
Points are calculated from the eligible GBP value of your order. Cancelled, fully refunded or free items do not qualify. Some points show as pending for a short time before they’re added to your balance.

Question 44

What are my PeakRewards points worth, and how do I redeem them?

Accepted Answer

Every 100 PeakReward Points is worth £1 in Neuropic store credit, so 1,000 points is worth £10.
You can start redeeming from 100 points.
To redeem your points, open Rewards in the Neuropic app, on your phone or on the web:
https://app.neuropicpro.com/rewards
Choose how many points you would like to redeem and confirm. The equivalent store credit will then be added to your Neuropic account for use on eligible purchases.
Your current points balance, available store credit and redemption options are all shown in the app.

Question 45

How do I use store credit on an order or subscription?

Accepted Answer

Once you’ve redeemed your PeakRewards points into store credit, any available credit is automatically applied when your next subscription payment is processed. There is no discount code to add, and your upcoming renewal may still show its usual price before payment.

For a new purchase, sign into your account and choose your available store credit at checkout. Points must be redeemed first; an unredeemed points balance is not automatically spent.

Question 46

What are pack rewards, and how do I claim them?

Accepted Answer

Pack rewards say thank you as your packs add up 🎁
• Your 3rd pack: 1,000 PeakReward Points, worth £10 in store credit
• Your 6th pack: a free Gravity Flip Timer, worth £29.99, posted to you with free delivery

Every paid pack you keep counts, from orders placed since 1 September 2026, including packs in a subscription or multi-pack order. Free, cancelled or refunded packs don’t count.

See your progress and claim each reward in the Neuropic app, under Rewards. Each reward can be claimed once, so keep your app up to date. The Gravity Flip Timer usually arrives within 7 to 10 working days of claiming.

Question 47

How do I refer a friend?

Accepted Answer

Share your personal invite link from Rewards in the Neuropic app. Your friend gets £10 off their first Neuropic order of £25 or more, and you earn 500 PeakReward Points once their order is confirmed.

Referral points show as pending for 14 days before they’re added to your balance.

Question 48

What are the free gifts, and are the planners digital or paper?

Accepted Answer

Our gifts are digital extras 🎁 The planner is a Notion system, the Neuro-Hacks Toolkit is a Notion resource, and the Deep Focus Audio Pack contains digital audio. They are not paper notebooks or physical products posted with your gummies; any printable sheets are files for you to print yourself.

The purchase option you choose shows which gifts are included.

Question 49

How do I access my digital products or free gifts?

Accepted Answer

Access instructions are sent to the email address used for your order. Check your inbox and spam folder, then follow the access links for the digital items included in your order.
