Early days for me yet , as the Lyme disease et al is so changeable even within a day , I feel I need more time to be sure that the Spikes and Dips of the ADD lessening , are due to the nummy gummies. “Well”, I thought at first try, “at least they taste really good”! But then a few days later, I realised I hadn’t been late for one single appointment. Not one. And I hadn’t been in a rush either. No last minute panic because I’d got side tracked too much.
So I stopped taking them for a couple of days (in the hope that I had conquered my inefficiencies) and promptly relapsed into prevarication. I don’t actually feel much different, just a bit more get up and go and positivity, but I’m definitely less ADHD! (Still forget things - but that could be because I’m in my late 70s!)

I am pleased with this product. I find when I want to crack on with things I just take my gummy and the job isn't as daunting. I haven't been diagnosed with adhd but people who know me and what I heard and read this has been a problem all my life.
