Alot of caffeine, and felt they don't really work unless you are burning off energy, it will be a week since so I do think I need to allow them a little more time but two gummies daily can be a lot I take half of one and then the rest an hour or so after.

I've seen an almost immediate effect after starting the gummies. I usually take them in the morning and I feel I have more clarity for quite a few hours. Now on subscription to see if the effects continue.

Taste amazing. Noticed a difference of my mind felt like it wasnt racing and slower paced thoughts compared to racing mind day before they arrived. Been alot more focused as in completing a task rather than blocking it out as it was too much.
