Competition Terms

These terms apply to all competitions, prize draws, and giveaways run by Peakflowspace Ltd, trading as Neuropic ("we", "us", "our"). By entering any of our competitions you agree to these terms.

Review & Win: Free Pack
The short version
Leave a verified review of Neuropic Pro and you're entered into our monthly prize draw for a free pack. Each customer can enter once. Your rating and what you wrote have no bearing on your chance of winning. We pick one winner at random each month.
Who can enter
UK residents aged 18 or over who have purchased Neuropic Pro. Both active and cancelled subscribers are eligible, as are one-time buyers.
Your review must be verified - this means the email address match an order, all reviews regardless of rating are eligible.
Each customer can be entered once in total, regardless of how many reviews they submit.
How to enter
Leave a review of Neuropic Pro on our website or via the review link included with your order. Your first review automatically enters you into the next monthly draw.
Prize
The prize is a free pack of Neuropic Pro. How it's delivered depends on whether you're already a subscriber:
- If you're a subscriber: we'll automatically apply a 100% discount to your next subscription payment, so your next pack is completely free. You can bring this payment forward anytime via your subscription portal.
- If you're not a subscriber: we'll email you a discount code equivalent to our current subscription pack price. You can use this to get a full subscription pack for free, or apply it as a discount towards a one-time pack or multi-pack.
The code is tied to your email address and can only be used once.
How winners are chosen
The competition started on 1 May 2026. Draws take place between the 1st and 10th of each month. On draw day, our system pulls everyone who's been entered since the last draw and picks one winner at random using a random number generator.
Winner notification
Winners are contacted by email at the address associated with their order.
General terms (all competitions)
Eligibility
Unless stated otherwise, competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Peakflowspace Ltd, their families, and anyone professionally connected to the running of the competition are not eligible to enter.
Entry
No purchase is necessary unless the specific competition states otherwise. Entries must be submitted in the manner described for each competition. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, or incomplete.
Prizes
Prizes are as described for each competition. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative unless stated. We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.
Winner publicity
In line with CAP Code requirements, we will make the surname and county of prize winners available on request. If you win and would prefer us not to share these details publicly, let us know when we contact you and we will respect that. We may also publish a winner's first name and county on our website or social media.
Use of reviews in marketing
By leaving a review you agree that we may use it in our marketing, including on our website, social media, and paid advertising. We will only ever use your first name and county, and we will never share your full name, email, or contact details. If you would prefer us not to use your review in marketing, email us and we will remove it.
Data
Any personal data collected as part of a competition is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We use your details only to administer the competition and contact you if you win. We won't share your details with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
Our right to amend or cancel
We reserve the right to amend these terms or cancel any competition at any time if circumstances require it. We will not do this to the detriment of anyone who has already entered in good faith.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
