I've been taking The gummies along with a 3im1 zic tablet for just under 2 weeks,and there's a definite difference. I don't have as much noise and chatter in my head,and my afternoon crash is far less severe than before. I am in therapy so I can't say that it is all down to the gummies, but they seem to be helping.
This is a great product. Been taking for a few months now. I feel calmer and more focused when working. No crash. I do split the gummy one when i get to work and one after lunch.

It's not easy to explain, but they 'take the edge off'. I wouldn't have said I was generally anxious before I started using them, but I hardly recognise myself, I'm so chilled now.
Not the dramatic transformation you might have hoped, but I'll keep using them because I like me better this way.

I have bought these for my daughter (going through exams) it has become a ritual that we wake her up with a gummy and them she has her 2nd when she comes home. She likes the taste of these. I asked her for a review of these and she said she wasn't sure they were doing anything.A few days later i misplaced them and omg what a difference. We had meltdowns, shouting and the next day,I found them and she was ok.
I asked her to review again 10 days of using them and she said. She doesn't have 3 thoughts at a time anymore. 5 stars, this product works and we will continue with these as her sleep has also improved. We have an autism diagnosis but was told then that she also had Adhd but we had to wait for this to be diagnosed separately butI guess this confirms it.
